모든 것이 아무렇지 않은 듯 흘러가는 일상이지만 무엇보다 소중한 건 ‘나’ 이기에
나의 감정을 살피고, 나의 현재를 인정하며,
그 안에서 당당하게 온전한 나의 모습을 찾아가자는 내용의 메시지를 담았다.

이번 음반에는 더블 타이틀곡인 G.T.H.O과 Newness를 비롯해 총 5곡의 신곡이 수록되었다. 최근 밴드 음악의 트렌드를 반영하듯 그동안 PITTA가 추구해온 정통 록의 분위기에 하이브리드한 경향이 더해져 시원한 사운드와 간결한 멜로디, 댄서블한 그루브감이 특히 돋보이는 음반으로 완성되었다.
