‘신기루’는 닿을 수 없음을 알면서도 부르게 되는 이름과 욕망을 노래하고,
‘Dream’은 밤과 빛, 열림과 닫힘이 교차하는 몽환적인 세계 속에서 감각의 균열을 드러내며,
‘사랑혁명’은 가식과 거짓이라 여겼던 감정이 단숨에 세계를 흔들어 버린 순간을 담아내고,
‘선인장’은 상처를 품은 채 자라나는 존재에 대해 노래하며,
마지막 트랙 ‘Orbit’은 말없이 흐르며 모든 감정을 궤도로 묶는다.
각자의 속도로 회전하며 결국 같은 방향을 향해 나아가는 움직임처럼.
Arriving to Oasis는 도착을 말하는 앨범이 아니다.
아토는 이 앨범을 통해 확신 대신 질문을, 위로 대신 솔직한 갈증을 건넨다.
그리고 그 여정의 끝에서 우리는 같은 오아시스를 바라보고 있음을 깨닫게 된다.
Arriving to Oasis is a record of a journey taken toward thirst.
The oasis is not a completed sanctuary, but a direction—one we continue to doubt and waver toward, yet ultimately long to reach.
“Mirage” sings of a name and a desire we call out, even knowing it can never truly be touched.
“Dream” reveals fractures in sensation within a dreamlike world where night and light, opening and closing, constantly intersect.
“Love Revolution” captures the moment when a feeling once dismissed as false or performative suddenly shakes the entire world.
“Cactus” reflects on a being that continues to grow while holding onto its wounds.
The final track, “Orbit,” flows silently, binding all emotions into a single trajectory—
like movements rotating at different speeds, yet ultimately heading in the same direction.
Arriving to Oasis is not an album about arrival.
Through this work, ATO offers questions instead of certainty, and honest thirst instead of comfort.
And at the end of this journey, we come to realize that we have been gazing toward the same oasis all along. ....
