세상에서 가장 편안하고 솔직하고 감성적인 팝 싱어송 라이터, 막시밀리안 헤커의 V2 이적 후 첫 앨범 [I'LL BE A VIRGIN, I’LL BE A MOUNTIN]. 총 7곡이 추가된 2CD 스페셜에디션! 막시밀리안 헤커의 네 번째 음반이 국내에 정식으로 발매된다. 5년동안 3장의 앨범 발표로 유럽 뿐 아니라, 여러 국가에서 주목받던 막시밀리안은 올 해 레이블을 V2로 옮기고 새로운 음악활동을 시작하게 된다.
그는 1977년에 독일 BEDEN-WURTTEMBERG에서 출생하여 17살 때 밴드 BLACK FOREST로 작곡을 시작한 그는 그 후로 12년 동안 작곡에 있어 지혜와 팝센스를 겸비한 뮤지션이 되었다. 매 앨범마다 더욱 더 향상되는 그의 음악에 더 이상 팬들은 아무런 의구심도 갖지 않고 그를 기다릴 수 있게 되었다.
그의 첫 음악 활동은 2001년 베를린의 한 광장에서 혼자서 기타를 둘러매고 노래를 부르는 것으로 시작되었다. 그의 첫 레이블인 KITTY-YO!는 그가 원맨으로 연주하고 있는 것을 목격하고 그 자리에서 바로 계약을 맺었다. 당시 클럽뮤직, 일렉트로닉 씬이 대세인 독일에서, 막시밀리안 헤커라는 존재는 굉장히 독특한 음악으로 받아들여지기도 했다. 그는 데뷔와 동시에 놀라운 차트기록을 세우고 전 유럽 도시의 투어를 시작하게 되었다. 곧 이어 독일의 자랑스러운 예술가로 지목되면서 괴테협회의 전폭적인 지원을 받아 전세계 35개국을 순회하게 된다. 그 결과로 전 세계 국가에 그에 대한 열렬한 사랑을 퍼붓는 수많은 팬클럽을 형성하게 된다. 35개국 순회 때 국내에서도 파스텔뮤직과 독일문화원의 후원으로 공연을 하게 되고 800여명의 관객들과 함께 성황리에 라이브를 개최하게 된다. 그리고 그 후, 매년 한국을 올 수 있을 정도로 사랑받는 뮤지션이 되었다. 또, 올 해 역시 12월 그와 가장 잘 어울리는 계절, 한국 방문을 앞두고 있다. ....  ....
