INTRODUCTION
이 시대의 벨벳 언더그라운드, 모든 인디락의 발원지인 소닉유스를 새삼 거론할 필요는 없을 것이다 1999년에 발표한 본 작은 인디씬을 대표하는 프로듀서라고 불릴 만한 짐 오루크와의 공작이다. 아직 짐오루크가 정식 멤버로 가입하기 전에 만난 밴드와의 자유로운 잼세션이자 무엇보다 20세기에 대한 진혼곡이랄 수 있다. 다른 음반들에서 보여주었던 그들의 음악적 실 험의 뿌리를 경유해 나가는 음악들로 가득하다는 점이 그들 음악에 대한 자체 메타성을 지니고 있다 할 수 있겠다. 그들의 실질적 스승들이랄 수 있는 Christian Wolff, John Cage,William Winant등 현대아방음악의 마에스트로들에게 바치는 오마주이기도 한 본작은 현대 인디락의 실험의 최전선이 어디쯤인가를 가늠하고 싶은 분들께 좋은 선물이 될 것이다. ....  ....

I'm sleeping
And then, like, suddenly
Somebody wakes me up
And they say "what are you doing in my bed?"
And I just got up and... I...
I just bolted
You know...
It just wasn't cool to say that
And I went to the forest so fast
And I never think back
