챨리 파커가 말년에 남긴 녹음들은 양호한 음질 상태와 최강의 세션구성 그리고 완성된 비밥 형태에서 하드밥으로의 전환을 들려주는 가장 중요한 시기의 사운드이지만 초기 작품들에 비해 평가절하 된 경우가 많다. 본 작품은 그가 마지막 투혼을 발휘하고 있는 1953년 뉴욕 로크랜드 댄스 홀에서의 공연을 수록한 희귀음원으로 `Star Eyes`, `April In Pars`, `Laura`, `Out Of Nowhere` 등 19곡의 대표 작품들이 수록되어 있다. ....  ....
