Gerry Rafferty originally released ‘Baker Street’ in 1978 and though at that time it was far from a happy song, this trio managed to turn it into a summer banger! Masove delivers a slappy bass and beat, over which Brendan Mills’ saxophone sounds extra sunny. But the main performance on this track is by Tess Burrstone, whose vocals perfectly balance power and emotions for a quality remake of this classic. ....
