전공 공부는 저 멀리 집어치워두고 대학생 연합 동아리 활동을 마지막 학기때까지도 가열차게 하던 때가 있었다. 1996년의 어느 더운 여름 날 나의 친구들은 토익이다 전공 공부다 하면서 도서관에서 머리박고 공부할 때 나는 후배들과의 세미나를 위해 논현동으로 향했다. 그 때 당시 동아리 세미나를 하면서 서로 좋은 음악을 추천하는 기회로 매주 회원들의 추천곡을 몇곡씩 듣는 시간이 있었다. 그 날 한 후배가 극찬에 가까운 글과 함께 들려 준 한 곡을 듣고 맛이 뻑~ 가버린 나는 그들의 이름을 계속 머리속에 담고 있다가 다음날 바로 레코드점에 들러 구입을 한 그룹이 지금 얘기하려고 하는 'T-RIDE'이다.
성의없는 구성으로 그 명성을 휘날리는 삼포니답게 이 그룹의 멤버들 이름조차 아무리 눈을 까뒤집어 봐도 ...
