Powfu

Powfu는 캐나다의 래퍼이자 싱어송라이터이다. 영국의 가수 Beabadoobee가 2017년 발매한 'Coffee'의 일부를 샘플링한 Lo-fi 감성이 돋보이는 힙합곡 'death bed (feat. beabadoobee)'를 통해 스포티파이 2억 뷰를 기록했으며 캐나다, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 영국 차트 최상단에 오르는 등 인기를 얻었다. 이후 비디오 공유 앱을 통해 화제를 모았으며 팝 펑크한 사운드에 더한 감성 보이스로 공감을 자아낸 'im used to it'로 활동을 이어갔다. 2020년 5월 첫 EP [poems of the past]에서 얼터네이티브 힙합, 배드룸 팝, 펑크, 록 등에 국한되지 않는 자신만의 사운드를 만들어냈다. .... ....
