INTRODUCTION
고전적인 올드 무비처럼 담백한 영상미를 간직했던 포티셰드의 라이블 앨범은 발매와 동시에 이전의 앨범들이 그러했던 것처럼 평단으로부터 A등급에 가까운 호평을 얻어냈고 앨범과 더불어 비디오로도 제작되었다. 그동안 포티셰드의 라이브 퍼포먼스를 담은 부틀렉들이 인기리에 암거래된 점을 보면 이제 겨우 두장의 앨범을 만들어낸 포티셰드의 공식적인 라이브앨범이 등장한 것 은 결코 때이른 처사가 아니다라는 여론이 압도적이다. 이 라이브 앨범은 모두 세곳 -'97년 7월 24일 뉴욕의 로즈랜드 볼룸, 98년 7월 3일 덴마크의 쿼트 페스티벌, 98년 4월 1일 샌프란시스코 워필드 극장- 에서의 실황을 엮은 것이지만 'SOUR TIMES'와 'ROADS'를 제외한 전곡이 로즈랜드 볼룸에서의 라이브실황으로부터 발췌!! 무대위에서도 현대적인 감각을 지닌 실험집단으로서의 진면목을 유감없이 보여준 앨범! ....  ....

1 올해도 어김 없이 신년맞이 기념 500개가 넘는 블로그 글을 통째로 날렸다. 매년 이렇게 해와서 별 감흥도 없구나. 2 얼마전 입수한 맥북에서 720p가 쌩쌩 돌아주셔서 새해 첫날 부터 유튜브 삼매경에. Roseland NYC Live 이 녀석도 인연이 참 기구하다. 98년 발매된 CD를 듣고는 정규 앨범 보다 특별히 좋다거나 뭐 그런 생각이 느낌이 전혀 없었는데 4년 뒤에야 발매된 DVD를 보고는 그 자리에서 말 그대로 뻑~ 가버렸었다. 어이가.....
